I found joy in teaching about healthcare and decided to use my knowledge and experience to create an inspiring career that I'm passionate about. Every day I get to share my insights and learn from those I teach. It's an opportunity to make a positive impact in people's lives!

Our goal is to ensure that healthcare workers have the best training and education so they are fully prepared to provide patients with the highest quality care. With this knowledge, healthcare workers will be set up for success to provide our communities with the best medical services available.
I started my career as a CNA in 2001 and it's been my priority to do the best for my residents. My experience in training and clinicals showed me how crucial it is to always do the right thing. Residents entrust me with their health and quality of life, so I never take that for granted.
I furthered my education over the years, receiving my LPN certification in 2004 and RN license in 2018. To ensure I am prepared to teach, I've worked to get additional certifications.
I'm passionate about helping others succeed in their healthcare journeys. With over 20 years of experience, training and certifications, I'm committed to working with aspiring professionals to help them cultivate their skills and achieve their goals. I'm very driven to positively impact the lives of those I work with.
As CEO and founder of Kaiser Healthcare Certifications, I'm dedicated to my work, but nothing matters more to me than family. I'm blessed to have been married to my husband Craig for eighteen years and to be the proud mother of our sixteen-year-old son, Lucas. Family is where I find joy, strength and balance—it's my number one priority.

I am beyond excited to be joining such a dedicated company and individual that takes training healthcare professionals seriously. Kaiser Healthcare Certification is always going the extra mile to ensure the students receive top-notch training for our Healthcare system.
I started my career as a CNA in 1990. I have enjoyed being able to make a difference in so many lives. I’ve made it my mission to never forget where I started.
I furthered my education over the years, receiving my LPN license in 1996. I’ve worked in various roles including Clinical Liaison and Admissions/Marketing. The team and I successfully opened a 42 -bed Alzheimer’s unit and achieved the Alzhiemer’s Association’s top fundraising award for Southern Indiana Chapter. I went on to obtain my Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration and a Healthcare Facility Administration license in 2008. I was given the opportunity to serve multiple nursing facilities in Northern and Southern Indiana.
In 2018, I obtained my CNA instructors certification. Taking individuals from Hospitality Aide to Personal Care attendants and then to a Certified Nursing Assistant was one of my biggest accomplishments. After receiving this certification another door opened. I took two groups of certified nursing assistants to Little Rock, Arkansas for NACHA’s Annual Conference (National Association of Healthcare Assistants). A four-day conference focused solely on inspiring, motivating and educating certified nursing assistants. I felt so inspired afterwards I decided to have our own CNA conference. In 2019 I executed the first Indiana CNA conference in Noblesville In, with over 80 CNA’s in attendance. A one-day conference that focused on celebrating an amazing group of caregivers.
During my journey in healthcare over the last 30+ years I’ve enjoyed making a difference in not only the resident’s lives but also in the staff I’ve served. I’ve never forgotten where I started from and even as an Administrator I have worked side by side with the front line staff.
